Twenty three residents were killed in rural Damascus this Friday: Douma 7, Damascus 3 (killed in Alghootah), Azzabadani 2, Dareyya 2, Dar’aa 2 (killed in Alghootah ) and one victim in each of the following; Mu’adamyyat Asham, Yelda, Kafr Batna, ’Erbeen, ’Adraa, Deir ‘Attiah, Almlaiha.
Dareyya: Assad forces continued to target the city with indiscriminate tanks, rocket and artillery shelling for 116 days in a row. Furthermore, regime forces destroyed more homes and farms surrounding Almazzah Military Airport.
Mu’addamyyat Asham: Regime forces targeted the city with rocket shelling wounding dozens of residents, mostly women and children. Ten rockets per 15 minutes were reported.
Azzabadani: Fierce tanks, artillery and mortar shelling targeted the city from all directions. More then 100 shells rained down on residential areas in less than an hour. Six residents were critically injured as a result.
Alboida: The 58th brigade targeted the town with artillery and mortar shelling causing colossal damage to buildings and infrastructure. No injuries have been reported.
Douma: Mohammad Abdul Naf’a (42 years) died of his wounds sustained during regime shelling on the city.
Qara: Nabil Hassan Assafadi (child) was killed and anther one was wounded when Assad forces fired on their families near Alhaytham gas station.
Alqalamoon: Three Scud missiles launched by 155th brigade towards the northern Syrian territories; one of which fell down on Deir Hafer.
Demonstrations mobilized in Saqba, Kafr Batana, Douma, Qara, Yabrood, Babila, Almlaiha and ‘Erbeen.
