Thirty eight residents were killed this Monday: Harasta 8, Muaddamiyat Asham 6, Dareyya 5, Sbaineh 4, ‘Erbeen 3, Harran Al’awameed 2, Kafreeen 2, Bait Sahim 2 Altheiabieh 1, Saqba 1, Douma 1, Almlaiha 1, Babila 1, Alhajar Alaswad 1 (was found in Deir Al’asafeer.)
Sbaineh: A mortar shell fell on a home killing a woman, her son and child was near. Another woman lost her leg.
Madyara: Aerial bombardment with MiG fighter jets as well as rocket and artillery shelling caused colossal damage to buildings.
Misraba: Fierce rocket shelling and massive explosions rocked the town.
Al’taibeh: Regime forces launched mortar shelling during the morning and rocket shelling during the evening killing Yasser ‘Askar (Harran Al’awameed) and wounding several residents; some are in critical condition.
‘Erbeen: Regime forces launched three aerial raids with MiG fighter jets and more than 60 artillery shells on residential areas killing three residents. At least, 125 victims were killed during the shelling attacks launched on the city for 49 days in a row and residents suffer severe shortage in water and lack power, healthcare services and all forms of communication.
Harasta: Assad forces launched aerial raids on the residential areas in Harsta and ’Erbeen surrounding the Department of Military Motor Vehicles and bombed the city with unidentified poisonous gases. Fierce artillery, rocket and tank shelling targeted several districts in the city.
Deir Al’asafeer: MiG fighter jets bombed the town with unidentified poisonous gases. Residential areas suffer mass destruction.
Muaddamiyat Asham: Six residents were killed and twenty were wounded during aerial bombardment and shelling attacks.
Dareyya: Regime forces resumed shelling and aerial raids with MiG fighter jets. At least 300 residents were killed in Dareyya and Muaddamiyat Asham in less than a month. The human condition is deteriorating in both cities due to forced siege, evacuation and lack of food.
Aneshabieh: Warplanes hovered over the town. Heavy artillery shelling led to the injury of several resident, some are in critical condition.
Hateetet Aturkman: Aerial bombardment with MiG fighter jets led to the injury of two children and destruction of homes.
Ashaifoonieh: Fierce artillery shelling targeted the town.
Alqaisa: Rocket shelling targeted Alqaisa farms.
Talfeeta: The 103rd regiment launched artillery shelling on the outskirts.
Bait Sahim: Regime shelling resumed for 12 days in a row. Assad forces launched three aerial raids with MiG fighter jets dropping powerful explosive barrels and causing colossal damage to residential buildings. Residents evacuate the town in large numbers due to continuous systematic shelling and lack of services.
Douma: Fierce mortar and rocket shelling during the evening hours. At least 50 rockets rained on the city in less than an hour. Several explosions rocked residential areas as a result of targeting peaceful homes .
Alghootah Asharqieh: Aerial bombardment with MiG fighter jets and fierce mortar and rocket shelling targeted mainly Albaharieh, Al’abadeh, Harran Al’awameed, ‘Aqraba, Shab’aa, Alqaisa, Deir Al’asafeer, Bait Sahim, Madyara, Misraba, Ain Tarma, Hamoria, Saqba, jisreen, Harasta, Douma, Zamlka, ‘Erbeen. Several residents were killed and wounded during shelling attacks.
Atheiabieh: The 58th brigade in Sahya and forces in Assaida Zainab and Najha targeted the town with fierce artillery shelling. Ghassab Ahmad Alabdullah was fatally shot by pro Assad militias in Assaida Zainab and Alkhabab Bin Al’art mosque was targeted with a shell. Regime forces continued to besiege the town for 17 days in a row and residents suffer power outage.
Babila: Tank shelling and gunfire attacks at noon.
Kafreen: Mansoor Mansoor and Malek Theeb were fatally shot by a sniper stationed at Damascus International Airport’s eastern gate.
Azzabadani: Regime forces launched fierce tank, mortar and heavy artillery shelling on residential areas. They also targeted a bakery in the city wounding scores of residents who were standing in queue to buy bread.
Saqba: Farooq ‘Obaid was killed during rocket shelling on Alghootah Asharqieh.
Alkesweh: Assad forces stationed at Albaath Party Branch’s roadblock attacked students and arrested the school principal and two students.
Evening highlights: The 18th brigade targeted Alqam’eit district in Yabrood with artillery shelling. At least 20 shells rained down on peaceful homes wounding civilians, mostly women and children and forcing residents to evacuate their homes.
