Twenty one residents were killed this Sunday: Darayya 5, Douma 4, Harasta 3, Altheiabieh 2 (one of them is from Deir Ezzor), Almlaiha 1, Sbaineh 1, Saroojeh 1 (killed in kafr Batna), Dar’aa 2 (one killed in Darayya and the other one was killed in Alboida), Hamah-Mork 2 (killed in Muaddamiyat Asham.)
Darayya: Assad forces launched three aerial raids with MiG fighter jets as well as artillery and rocket shelling on the city’s districts killing five residents, wounding dozens and causing colossal damage to residential buildings and infrastructure. The city has been besieged for ten days in a row and lacks water, power and all food supplies including bread.
Military reinforcements, including thousands of militias and dozens of tanks, maintained presence at Damascus-Daraa freeway in an attempt to invade Dara’yaa and FSA managed to keep them at bay. However Assad forces were able to invade Assalam Hospital, Town Center and Shamseen Bakery.
Alghootah Asharqieh: Warplanes hovered over Alghootah Asharqieh during the morning hours and have been bombarding its farms for 32 days in a row. Regime forces continue to target Douma, Harasta, ‘Erbeen and Zamalka with rocket, artillery and mortar shelling and while most cities lack water, power and all forms of communication.
Hajeertet Albalad: Regime forces have been targeting the town with artillery shelling from different directions since Saturday evening. MiG fighter jets and military helicopters hovered over the town and bombarded residential areas with rockets terrorizing residents.
Babila and Yelda: Assad militias closed all roads leading to both towns and launched mortar shelling during the evening hours.
Douma: Warplanes hovered over Ale’eb district while Assad forces launched rocket shelling on Alhemaira district.
Assaida Zainab: Mortar and artillery shelling. The city lacks power and all forms of communication.
Muaddamiyat Asham: Five mortar shells and two rockets rained on the city. The city lacks water, internet and cellular services.
Azzabadabi: Assad forces stationed on roadblocks launched gunfire attacks on residential areas and shelled Assekeh district, the heart of the city and Serghaya freeway.
Artooz and Artooz Albalad: Assad forces stationed on roadblocks launched fierce gunfire attacks on residential areas.
Muaddamiyat Asham: Residents found two victims near a roadblock. The victims are: Ahmad Khaled Alqassem and Hassan Belhassan (Alheshari.)
