Fifty nine victims were killed in Damascus Suburbs on Sunday including four children and five women. Twenty four of whom were killed in Erbeen only. Victims were killed with indiscriminate shelling on residential areas, regime’s snipers and extra judicial execution. Furthermore, dozens of civilians, including women, children and even entire families, were wounded during the shelling attacks on homes; several are in critical condition. A high number of residents were also reported missing.
Security forces launched an organized and systematic assault and detention raids on homes in search for activists and anti-government protestants, and detained dozens of peaceful civilians. Al-Assad’s militias opened heavy and indiscriminate fire on residents, destroyed and set properties on fire. The regime’s army have indiscriminately shelled residential areas with mortar, artillery and tanks. Military helicopters have bombarded, as well, cities with rockets and machine-guns.
