Twenty-five victims were reported in Damascus Suburbs on Saturday, including a woman.  Victims were killed during Pro-Assad militias’ shooting, shelling attacks on residential areas and clashes.  Two victims were tortured to death in the custody of the regime forces while another victim was extra judicially executed.  Hundreds of wounded civilians, including women and children, were reported during the indiscriminate shelling attacks; several residents are in critical condition as a result.

Rural Damascus was a combat zone on Saturday.  Pro-Assad militias opened fire on mourners and terrorized civilians.   Al-Assad’s military forces deployed security reinforcements in various directions and shelled residential areas fiercely using warplanes, tanks and heavy artillery.  The shelling attacks triggered massive explosions and set homes, businesses and farms on fire.
